FOR OTHER pick-up times must call before bidding to select a different time.
AT 7:30 p.m. CST FRIDAY evening August 30th, ALL invoices not paid and picked up will be charged to the card on file, including a $10 late fee, unless other arrangments have been made with the auction clerk. If items have not been picked up within 10 days of the auction close, they will be considered abondoned and become property of Stroh's Real Estate and Auction LLC.
