The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. The auction is subject to postponement and cancellation. The real property is being sold in an “AS IS” condition. All inspections must be done prior to the auction. The auction of the real property is subject to confirmation of sale by the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas. The auctioneer reserves the right to announce additional procedures for conducting the auction, if any, at the time of the auction.
