Those buyers planning on paying cash upon pickup, notify us follwing the end of the auction via email or text. All purchases are subject to a 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount given for cash or check payment. There is a $50.00 fee on ALL returned checks. Sales tax will be added to all purchases at a rate of 8%, unless we are notified you are tax exempt prior to auction close. Once a payment is processed with sales tax it cannot be reversed. Nothing to be removed until settled for. All items sell as is where is without warranty written or expressed, with all faults and defects. All descriptions are deemed accurate, but are for reference only. Both seller and Equity Auction Co. are not liable for any errors in description. We will tell you what we know about an item. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify and identify the item being purchased through personal inspection or other means. Bidders whenever possible should inspect the items in person at one of the preview times made available by Equity Auction Co. Items not picked up within the specified pick-up times become the property of the auctioneer, unless other arrangements are made for a different pick-up time. If items become the property of the auctioneer they will be disposed of at their descretion.
