Full payment is due immediatelya after the auction closes and the credit card on file will automatically be charged unless we are notified that you wish to pay by bank wire. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to load out their own items. The Auctioneer will NOT have personnell or equipment onsite to assist with load out, therefore it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to load out their own items. Buyers must pick up their items from Mr. Miller's residence or at his family farm located at 17380 Highway 101, Iowa, Louisiana, within 7 days after the auction. The Buyer must make an appointment with Mr. Miller to coordinate the pick up of the items.
