Auction with Reserve-Selling Subject to Sellers Conformation Pre-Auction Offers Welcomed: Property listed at $175,000. Buyer's Premium: 2% Upon the Sellers acceptance of the highest offer, the successful buyer will be required to make a non-refundable down payment in the amount of the greater of $15,000 or 10% of the contract purchase price. The balance is due within 30 days of the accepted offer at closing. Seller will provide the purchaser an Owners Title Insurance Policy at closing.
