Property sells subject to REDUCED minimum bid of $50,000. Basic terms are as-is, no contingencies for finanicing or inspection.  All desired inspections should be conducted prior to bidding.  A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to winning bid to establish the final contract selling price. Short tax proration applies and Buyer will be responsible for all closing costs. Winning Bidder will be required to wire 10% of the final contract selling price to M & M Title within 24 hours of auction end. Closing to occur on or before June 28, 2019 through M & M Title.
