15% Buyer's Premium 6.35% CT Sales Tax (applied to invoice total, including Buyer's Premium). -Immediately after sending the invoices, the entire balance due will be charged to your credit card. -If you are exempt from paying sales tax, you must forward a completed sales tax exemption form to our office at deliarestaurant@yahoo.com. -Copy of paid invoice must be presented at time of pick up. All merchandise is sold as is where is. All sales are final. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is. Once a piece of equipment is sold to the highest bidder, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. No property is allowed to be removed until paid in full. The winning bidder of each lot is responsible for disconnecting and removing winning lots. For a small fee, someone will be available to assist with disconnecting/removal, if wanted. Your bid is a contract. If you are the high bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract with D'Elia Auctions. D'Elia Auctions will not be held responsible for any missed bids from any source. D'Elia Auctions makes every attempt to describe all items clearly and accurately. No liability for errors, accuracy, or omissions is assumed by the seller. D'Elia Auction has the right to withdraw any items in this auction.
