Terms & Conditions: The Sale Committee reserves the right to refuse any consignment. Absolutely no junk consignments, please! No Sunday load out. Please obtain a Buyer’s Number upon arrival. By making a bid, Bidder accepts Terms & Conditions and will be bound by them. All purchases must be paid in full day of the sale. Payment must be cash or good check with proper ID. Buyers not known to the Sale Management must have bank letter of guarantee. 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to final bid to determine total contract price. Credit cards will be accepted with a 3% convenience fee added to the total. 6% KY Sales Tax will apply unless proper Dealer tax number & exemption forms are provided. Settlement to consignors will be mailed within 14 business days. Announcements made Sale Day take precedence over advertising. Neither consigners nor agents will be responsible in case of accident, injury or theft. Buyer must assume immediate responsibility for any purchases. All guarantees are strictly between buyer and seller. Auction Management acts as agent only.
