Unless Prior arrangements are made there is no alternate pick up days. If you do not pick up your items, you are still expected to pay for them. If you do not pay for your items, you will no longer be allowed to register for our auctions. Payment methods Cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover from buyer only. All invoices will be sent out showing a 10% buyer's premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The auction will begin closing at 6pm CST The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM CST and an item will close every 12 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes when ever bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserved the right to make changes to the auction closing times. Due to Auction being online. Listing Information
This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in Pacific, Mo. This is a large and diverse auction; the family has owned the home since the 50's and the matriarch of the family was an avid auction goer. We have a soft closing beginning at 7 pm on Monday April 22nd with pick up dates Friday April 26 and April 27. There is a 10% Buyers Premium added to all sales to alleviate the costs and man hours to provide this sale.
