Any and all announcements made the day of sale will supersede any previously posted information. All items are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with your own inspection as your only guarantee. All items must be paid in full the day of sale by either cash, PA check (no out of state) or credit card. There will be a 13% buyers premium charged for all credit card transactions, reduced to 10% for cash or PA check. There will be NO buyers premium charged on any of the automobiles (3% processing fee if credit card is used), as well as no sales tax.

The parking situation will be at a premium as there is no parking at the auction site. Please look for parking areas nearby the location, as there will be people to assist you where to park. Also boots/muck boots will be needed as the auction site is on the muddy/soupy side!!
We will start outside the garage selling items at 9 am, then we will go inside garage to sell. At 11 am a second auctioneer will go inside the house to sell furniture and some of the household items. The automobiles and 4 wheeler will be sold at or around 12 noon time.
