Bidding begins no later than Sunday, February 17,, 2019 at 12 Noon. All property is sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with all faults, and upon no contingencies. 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL'. Auction and all documentation is in English only; all communication with auction company must be in English. All payments must be US denominated. Bidding closes February 27, 2019, entering 3 minute soft close at 6:57 PM Bidding opens at $25,000. Bid increments are as follows. $25,000 - $70,000 Bid increment is $5,000 $70,001 - $90,000 Bid increment is $2,500 $90,001 and up Bid increment is $1,000 You can enter a bid for any amount and the system will place your bid for the next increment. If you are subsequently outbid, the system will place a bid for you (providing you entered a maximum amount greater than the current bid). The "Soft Close" feature. If there is a bid in the last 3 minutes of the auction, the bidding time will be extended by another 3 minutes. 1. Registration to Bid: A valid credit card, an active phone number and a valid e-mail address are required to bid. E-mail address is validated by requiring a response to an e-mail sent by the Auction company. Credit Cards will be verified for $1,000.00. This deposit extends to the entire auction and to all properties offered if multi parcel. A $1,000 deposit will be processed per every property in which a registrant is the high bidder.
