* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* There will be a 10% buyers premium for onine bidders
* We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. A 5% surcharge will be applied if paying with credit card. If you prefer to pick up your items you may also pay in cash or check before taking your items. No out of state checks accepted.
Once you pay for your items please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Winning Bidders and Buyers will be responsible for paying all shipping, handling, postage, and insurance fees.
*Used caution when opening packages. John Carl Aucion Company will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. Any package that arrive less than satisfactory should be immediately reported to the carrier service used.
