Robert's estate is truly incredible and will take several auctions to market in it's entirety. This particular auction will feature personal property housed at his principal residence in East Jordan. The items within this auction were mostly stored inside and well kept. Robert's shop is lined with hundreds of relics he collected over the years and is stuffed with tools, equipment, recreation, lumber, antiques, and farm type items. TRACTORS

*John Deere 5020, duals, collectible barn find tractor, we were unable to get running on date of photographing. Rolls over, seems to not be getting fuel. We will post updates if avaiable prior to auction.

*John Deere 4320, Cozy Cab, dual remotes, 18.4x38 duals, new batteries, started right up when batteries replaced, shows 6883 hours.

*John Deere 4010, dual rear wheels, three remotes, hydraulic controls, we were unable to get this tractor to start. We will post updates if available prior to auction.

*Farmall H, pristine condition, new tires, we did not attempt to start this tractor as it was blocked in. Appears show ready.

*Allis Chalmers B with Woods belly mower, electric start, 6V system, frame weights, started right up and drove nice.

*3 other Allis Chalmers B tractors, nice paint, new or newer tires, two have electric start, one is crank, one is in process of being rewired, nice collectible little tractors in show shape.

*Ford 600, tire chains, turns over good, our jump pack ran out of juice and we were unable to spend time making sure it ranm, shows 2150 hours.

*Portland Cutter with fills, circa 1890-1910, nicely restored, modest striping, nice upholstery and shafts, stored inside under cover and is in immaculate condition. Unable to find a maker, but likely a Portland.

*Small runner sleigh, unknown maker or condition. We were unable to get a good look at this piece until we move many items from in front of it.

*1992 Coachman 295RS Catalina Imperial 5th wheel camper, one slide out in living area, single bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining area and living area, awning, stored inside and partially covered, appears in nice condition.

*2005 Polaris 500 H.O. All Terrain Pickup, On Demand AWD, automatic electronic braking system, nice ATV, runs well, dump bed, storage on front rack

*1996 Yamaha Kodiak 400, 4x4 ATV, started right up and drove nice

*1996 Polaris Indy 500 Touring Classic, electric start, heated grips, Xtra 12 suspension, only 314 miles, very nice, very clean

Robert's estate is truly incredible and will take several auctions to market in it's entirety. This particular auction will feature personal property housed at his principal residence in East Jordan. The items within this auction were mostly stored inside and well kept. Robert's shop is lined with hundreds of relics he collected over the years and is stuffed with tools, equipment, recreation, lumber, antiques, and farm type items. TRACTORS

*John Deere 5020, duals, collectible barn find tractor, we were unable to get running on date of photographing. Rolls over, seems to not be getting fuel. We will post updates if avaiable prior to auction.

*John Deere 4320, Cozy Cab, dual remotes, 18.4x38 duals, new batteries, started right up when batteries replaced, shows 6883 hours.

*John Deere 4010, dual rear wheels, three remotes, hydraulic controls, we were unable to get this tractor to start. We will post updates if available prior to auction.

*Farmall H, pristine condition, new tires, we did not attempt to start this tractor as it was blocked in. Appears show ready.

*Allis Chalmers B with Woods belly mower, electric start, 6V system, frame weights, started right up and drove nice.

*3 other Allis Chalmers B tractors, nice paint, new or newer tires, two have electric start, one is crank, one is in process of being rewired, nice collectible little tractors in show shape.

*Ford 600, tire chains, turns over good, our jump pack ran out of juice and we were unable to spend time making sure it ranm, shows 2150 hours.

EXCAVATING AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT

*Ford 555D Xtra-Vator, 4wd, 1028 hours, payload scale in cab, very clean machine started with jump and ran well

*Mustang 2060 skid steer, 1997 model year, 1410 hours, 62hp, 1750lb rating, sells with material bucket and pallet forks (clam/brush attachment shown in photos and video sells seperately)

        -Sweepster Model 10076-0586 hydraulic bucket skid steer attachment, shown in video on skid steer, will sell seperately

*Cat D4C dozer, 6 way blade, 2319 hours, started right up and ran well, Serial #1RJ00232

*John Deere 350C dozer, low ground pressure (wide track), 6 way blade, rear winch with chokers, started up easy and ran well, nice machine, 1801 hours

*John Deere 644 loader, showing 403 hours, started easy and ran well, passenger bottom door is bent and does not close (see photos)

*Ford 4500 loader/backhoe, diesel, cab (primitive), 4403 hours, started easy and runs good

*1992 Chevrolet Scottsdale with 8 foot dump bed, manual 5 speed transmission, 6.5 Turbo Diesel, 4x4, 144k miles, minimal rust on the truck, motor appears to run strong, starts easy, new battery, dump appears to work as it should

*(2) Bay City Model 30 Shovels, Cat diesels, unknown working condition

*Allis Chalmers St Ripl-Flo Vibrating Screen, 4x10 D D, serial #B57334, mechanism size 2 - 4

*The Brown Carriage Co. "Standard" Buggy with fills, circa 1910, beautiful restoration, quality upholstery and top, has been stored inside under cover and is in immaculate condition. Pristine!

*Portland Cutter with fills, circa 1890-1910, nicely restored, modest striping, nice upholstery and shafts, stored inside under cover and is in immaculate condition. Unable to find a maker, but likely a Portland.

*Small runner sleigh, unknown maker or condition. We were unable to get a good look at this piece until we move many items from in front of it.

CAMPER, ATVs, SNOWMOBILES

*1992 Coachman 295RS Catalina Imperial 5th wheel camper, one slide out in living area, single bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining area and living area, awning, stored inside and partially covered, appears in nice condition.

*2005 Polaris 500 H.O. All Terrain Pickup, On Demand AWD, automatic electronic braking system, nice ATV, runs well, dump bed, storage on front rack

*1996 Yamaha Kodiak 400, 4x4 ATV, started right up and drove nice

*1996 Polaris Indy 500 Touring Classic, electric start, heated grips, Xtra 12 suspension, only 314 miles, very nice, very clean

*1995 Polaris Indy SP Ultra, cover, only 1167 miles, studded track

*1965 Polaris Mustang snowmobile, unknown running condition, been stored inside
