The auction will be conducted as a timed ONLINE Auction. The auction will begin on January 8, 2019 @ 2:00 PM EST and end on February 6, 2019 @ 2:00 PM EST. If a bid is placed within five minutes of the bidding deadline, the deadline will be extended by an additional five minutes. The five-minute extensions will continue until no bid is placed within five minutes of the bidding deadline. This auction is not contingent on or subject to the purchaser being able to obtain financing. The Contract to Purchase shall be contingent upon the approval of the Probate Court of Clermont County in Probate Case No. 18-ES-13046, Estate of Willie Anna Carson ("Estate"), which is being administered by Michael Minniear (the "Administrator"). The Administrator shall execute the Contract to Purchase on behalf of the Estate and submit a copy thereof to the Probate Court for review.
