Bidding on an item indicates you understand and agree to abide by all terms & conditions. - All bidders must register prior to the auction’s start - This is a quick and easy 30 second set-up. - We describe our items honestly and as accurately as possible. -All Items are sold as is, where is - “Caveat Emptor” -Treasure Auctions LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, to a lot’s condition, merchantability, age, etc.. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect (via the numerous pictures of each lot) all items before purchasing (bidding) -The credit card on file will immediately be charged upon your winning bid after the auction has closed. Please ensure your credit card information is accurate and up-to-date. No item shall be released for pickup until payment on that item is received - Winning Bidders will have their receipt automatically emailed to them. Just print out your receipt , or have it available for viewing on your phone, and bring it with you on pickup day. If you are unable to pickup your items yourself, a family member or friend can pickup on your behalf with a copy of the paid receipt. -All items must be picked up on the pickup day and during the times provided. Please bid accordingly. Any items not picked up on the pickup day immediately becomes sole property of Treasure Auctions LLC. - Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies. Tax-exempt dealers must submit their information at least 48 hours prior to the auction's close. -A buyer's premium of 17% will be added to every purchase. - All sales are final. Treasure Auctions LLC offers no returns on any lot for any reason. Credit card customers may not request a chargeback for any reason. - Treasure Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot , for any reason , at any time before the auction closes. We also reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the auction for any reason. -Buyer agrees that in any claim for loss or damage, Treasure Auctions LLC will under no circumstances be held liable for more than the total purchase price of the item in question.
