1.THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.
2.There will be a $100 cleanout deposit charged for each unit purchased. Deposit will be returned after management has inspected the empty locker.
3.There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the purchase price of all units selling under $500.
4.All buyers must register in the office prior to start time of the auction. Registration closes 10 minutes before auction start time.
5.All purchases are to be paid in full with CASH on the day of the sale
6.Statements made on day of auction take precedence over previously printed material.
