He has auctioned some of the finest Estates in the South, including the original contents of the famous Historical Mansion, "The Sparrow Nest" along with Westpoint Civil War Cannons landscaping the lawn of this famous home in Georgia where buyers from all over the United States attended. Richard Joel Weaver began auctioning in 1977 when just a hand full of auction houses were around.
He has auctioned some of the finest Estates in the South, including the original contents of the famous Historical Mansion, "The Sparrow Nest" along with Westpoint Civil War Cannons landscaping the lawn of this famous home in Georgia where buyers from all over the United States attended.
Richard takes pride in presenting antiques and collectibles for the Estates he is commissioned for with integrity, using his longtime experience.
He has appraised Antiques and Collectibles for over 40 years.
When auctioning, Richard uses his experience and knowledge for his audience to know the specific maker's names and makers marks that most antiques, glassware and other collectibles are known for, which helps the buyers have the needed knowledge to know about their new investment and their values.
Richard is currently licensed and bonded in Georgia and South Carolina.
