Key Auctioneers is a leading provider of comprehensive real estate and business asset disposition services in the Midwest. In addition to auctions, our services include appraisals, asset recovery and storage, business brokerage, liquidations, logistics and rigging, property management and receiverships. We are headquartered in Indianapolis and regularly provide services to Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, and Michigan.

Key is comprised of professional real estate brokers, agents, appraisers, auctioneers and attorneys who hold the following professional memberships and certifications: Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America; National Association of Realtors; National Auctioneer’s Association; Indiana Association of Realtors; Indiana Association for Corporate Renewal; Certified Auctioneer Institute; IAA Leadership Academy, Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate; Indiana Bar Association; and Illinois Bar Association.

Key conducts over of 500 auctions per year and has sold assets in excess of $100 million annually. Key’s clients include some of the largest banks in the Midwest region, including Fifth Third, First Merchants, German American, Huntington, JP Morgan Chase, MainSource, BMO Harris, National Bank of Indianapolis, Old National, and PNC. We also provide services to governmental entities like the Indiana Securities Division, the Indianapolis Airport Authority, numerous municipalities; and a large and diverse group of business owners.
