At MainStreet Auction Company & Estate Services we offer complete professional liquidation services - both commercial and residential. Whether it be a real estate move, senior downsizing, a business relocation, empty nesters, a situation beyond your control such as foreclosure or the loss of a loved one, hoarder distressed property, barns, warehouses - Main Street Auction Company & Estate Services can handle all your needs with professionalism and care. 

Our Service is all inclusive - you deal with one company start to finish - we do not sub to other companies.  

There are no out of pocket costs - You pay NOTHING!  Our service fee comes strictly from the sale proceeds, no out of pocket expenses!

SERVICES:

Tag Sale Hosting - 2 or 3 days on site location
Property location prep
We clean the sale location - remove all trash - we make the property safe by clearing pathways and stairs with safety tape and other safety preparations.  We take responsibility and safety seriously.  When opening your home to the public it is important that you hire a company that will strictly enforce safety measures.

Merchandise prep 
We organize, clean, research, price and stage all items for sale.  We stage items to entice and encourage the best possible sale.  Our team is knowledgeable in all areas of Estate Sale management - we are going to work hard to get the most for your sale.

Advertise the sale via multiple media through out the whole state of Georgia and beyond ! 
You just never know who will come if you don't shout it from the rooftops !  MainStreet advertises in various print media, online media as well as Website advertising.  We utilize various signage to bring attention to sale location.   We start advertising 10 days prior the sale date.   Advertising is key to a successful sale and we make the most of all media available.

On Site and Off Site Auction Services
Our Licensed and Professional Auctioneers are available for any and all Auction need you may have.  
Our Licensed Auctioneers are also available for charity and other organizational auctions.  We can tailor the service to meet your need.

Consignment Services:  ( fkconsigns.com )
We have a large and spacious Antique and Consignment Mall showroom located in Cartersville Georgia where space is always available for those who just want to sell a few items and want to get the most for thier treasure.

Quick Cash Buyouts:  When time is of the essence or other issues prevent a traditional Estate Sale ( like Condos or gated communities ) we offer cash buyouts on Estates.  This option also includes complete property cleanup and removal of any and all trash debri.   Please note we purchase complete estates - not individual items for sale.

MainStreet supports our Troops, Veterans and thier Families.   All Veterans, Widows of Veterans and active Military receive a discount.
