While John Carl Auction Company does its best to inspect & describe items you the bidders are the experts in looking at items. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. *John Carl Auction Company reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller to reserve price. *John Carl Auction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point. John Carl Auction Company also reserves the right to reopen any lots in the case of a dispute or system failure. No questions asked. *Once an online sale is complete you are responsible for the items unless a dispute of any kind occurs. *Once an auction ends you have 7 days from sale end date to contact us to pick up or have your items shipped. If you items are not picked up or shipping is not arranged after the 7 days they become the property John Carl Auction Company regardless of payment unless prior arrangments are made. * We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. A 5% surcharge will be applied if paying with credit card. Cards automatically get charged at close of sale unless another options is agreed upon. You must tell John Carl Auction Company ahead of auction close if you are a cash buyer. We do not accept checks. No questions asked. *We do offer shipping but no on everything. Furniture, larger items, and some fragile items we do not ship. If we do not ship an item, it will be marked "local pickup only" or something similar. You will have to arrange for pickup or delivery for these items.
