Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items except titled vehicles unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Convenience Fee Applies), or Good Check are approved methods of payment. The live/online simulcast auction items will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. The credit card will be checked for available credit of at least $100 but the card will not be charged.
