Buyers are to satisfy themselves as to condition prior to bidding. Not responsible for accidents. Nothing is to be removed prior to being paid for in full. Items are to be removed immediately following the close of the auction. Any items left are at the risk and responsibility of the buyer. If purchases are not settled within 5 business days of the close of the auction, it is in default. Upon default, the bidder will be blacklisted on Bellamy & Co. LLC auctions, as well as MarkNet auctions and, will be charged 25% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to Bellamy & Co. LLC. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become the property of Bellamy & Co. LLC. No refunds will be given. Any items remaining on sale site after pickup are subject to forfeit with no refund. Items being auctioned may be subject to the Sellers confirmation during the auction. Bellamy & Co. LLC reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time for any reason, add minimum or reserves, or place a bid for an approved bidder. AUTO EXTEND AUCTION: When you bid your max the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. This auction has what is called an auto-extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 10 minutes. The bidding will extend in 10-minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 10 minutes. Buyer's Premium: This online auction charges a buyers premium to establish the final price. Our online auctions utilize a step-down buyers premium, meaning the higher the bid, the less the buyers premium. The buyer's premium is applied to the bid confirmation screen as follows: $500 - $1,000: 15% $1,000 - $5,000: 10% $5,000 - $10,000: 7% $10,000 - $40,000: 5% $40,000 - Up: 3% The final purchase price will include sales tax, (if applicable) buyer's fee and purchase price. Transfer of any titled vehicle or equipment is subject to a title processing fee. If payment is not received within 5 days accounts due will be charged to your credit card with a 3.5% fee.
