Missouri Auction School Graduate.
Kansas Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Certified Auctioneers Insitute (C.A.I.) member 90 accredited hours.
Member of the National & Kansas Auctioneers Associations.
Kansas Association President, 1988-1989.
1989 Kansas Auctioneer of the year award.
Accumulated 76 hours accreditation with the Professional Real Estate, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Organization.
Accumulated 14 hours with Graduate Personal Property Apparisers (GPPA) approved with the C.A.I. Program.
Maintains a Federal Firearms License.
Member of the Workout Professionals Association (WPA).
Elected to the Kansas Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 2003.

Thomas J. Lindsay has regularly conducted auctions and appraisals for the: U.S. Small Business Administration; U.S.Department of Justice; Internal Revenue Service; Resolution Trust corporation (RTC); U.S. Bankruptcy Trustees; Numerous Banks, Attorneys, Individuals & Other Entities.
Betty L. Lindsay is the President, Administrative Manager, Secretary, Cashier and Notary.Served as KAA Auxilliary President in 2007.Served on the KAA Auxilliary Board of Directors.
Thomas M. Lindsay is the Vice President, Auction & Asset manager, and Auctioneer. The son of Tom & Betty. Thomas has grown up in the auction business.
